The disciplinary committee will assess all fines and warnings in writing.  All situations are subject to suspension and forfeiture of remaining schedule.  All minor offenses listed here may be appealed in writing to the board of directors.  Offenses that result in forfeiture of a member’s game schedule and/or suspension exceeding 30 days, may be allowed a general membership appeal at the next scheduled membership meeting.  Written notification of appeals should be directed to the disciplinary committee chairman within one week of the original notice.  The disciplinary committee chairman will be liaison between the committee an the board of directors and will only vote in the event of a tie in either the committee of board.  The appeal will then be voted on by the board of directors.  All rulings at that point will be final.
